Important!! You may not currently own a van or passenger bus and you are looking to purchase a specific model. It often makes sense not to rush into buying "something". Let ViaVie advise you before you buy.

Based on an agreed scope of work, we will provide you with a detailed design with a proposed step-by-step plan. In other words, how do we get from point A to point Z?

As a customer, you ultimately decide what you want to achieve. If you wish to do things yourself, this is also possible, we are happy to help with any technical inspection and homologation.

Parts of the conversion, specific installation of components or accessories are realized in this phase by our experts in the ViaVie Van Atelier.

For longer conversion projects, we ensure regular communication and status with our customers. A specific WhatsApp group is being set up for this purpose, so that our customer can follow the realization of his campervan step by step in words and images.

Upon final delivery of your campervan, our experts will provide a thorough and detailed explanation of all functionalities. We take our time to answer all your questions. How do they work, tips and tricks for use, but also guidelines for careful maintenance. We will also provide you with a manual for the most important guidelines.

Depending on the installed components and conversions, you always enjoy a quality guarantee. A distinction must be made between the warranty of devices supplied by third-party manufacturers and the work delivered.

Aftercare is very important to us. The relationship does not end with the delivery of your campervan. You will always stay in touch with us for all your questions and comments.
