Function:
- As a customer service employee, you are an indispensable link behind the scenes in the ViaVie after-sales team and VanAtelier customer service.
- You book appointments for customers who want to bring their campervan in for maintenance or repairs at the VanAtelier. These appointments are made by telephone, email and website.
- You can listen well and assess situations quickly, so that you immediately understand what exactly the customer needs. This way you can propose a suitable solution to our customers.
- You have insight into the technical problems for which our customers require maintenance or repairs, you can estimate which interventions are the most urgent and you put the work on the workshop schedule. If necessary, consult with the workshop manager.
- You ensure the complete preparation of the appointment on an administrative level, and you create the work orders in our systems.
- You take care of the complete logistical preparation of the customer appointment, including orders from suppliers and stock follow-up.
Profile:
- As a customer service employee, you always put the customer first. You strive for the highest customer satisfaction in everything you do.
- It gives you satisfaction when you can offer customers the perfect solution to their questions or problems.
- You have an interest in or passion for the campervan sector and look forward to learning every day.
- A telephone conversation always runs smoothly and spontaneously, you are enthusiastic and have strong communication skills.
- You are a good multitasker and keep a cool head even in the most stressful circumstances.
- You speak perfect Dutch and French. Knowledge of English and/or German is an important asset.
